the whole green card, immigration process is extremely exspensive, 15 years ago I paid almost $2000 U.S.,and had to wait 6 months..I see nothing wrong with the vaccine, but it does seem that the people who pass immigration requirements bwtween the psychological and medical exams, vaccines, employment,family, and financial history, in the end could make much sounder and safer citizens then the ones of natal origen.
